Cancellation Policy
At Smart Axis Tech, we operate as a strategic technology aggregator and financial connector. Our service is to provide your business with the “Axis”—the vetted connection and technical bridge to authorized third-party payment institutions.
By utilizing our platform and proceeding with a gateway connection, you agree to the following policy regarding our Service Fees.
1. The Nature of the Service Fee
Smart Axis Tech charges a Service Fee for the professional vetting, technical aggregation, and strategic redirection provided through our portal. This fee is independent of any transaction fees, setup costs, or monthly rentals charged by the third-party payment gateway provider itself.
2. Cancellation Terms
- Before Connection: If you have paid a Service Fee but have not yet been provided with the secure bridge, technical documentation, or consultation required for gateway onboarding, you may request a cancellation within 24 hours of payment for a full refund.
- After Connection/Access: Once the secure bridge has been established, or once Smart Axis Tech has facilitated the introduction/redirection to the third-party provider, the service is considered delivered. At this stage, the Service Fee is non-refundable, as the intellectual and technical value of the “Axis” has been utilized.
3. Third-Party Rejection
Smart Axis Tech provides a bridge to authorized providers. However, the final approval of your merchant account rests solely with the third-party payment gateway’s compliance team.
- If your business is rejected by the gateway provider due to a failure to meet their specific licensing or compliance requirements, our Service Fee remains non-refundable, as the work of vetting and connecting your business to the provider was completed by our team.
4. Service Continuity
If you choose to stop using the third-party payment gateway after onboarding, this does not entitle you to a refund of the Smart Axis Tech Service Fee. Your relationship with the payment provider is governed by their specific terms and conditions.
5. Modification of Service
Smart Axis Tech reserves the right to cancel a connection request if we determine that the business model provided violates local regulations or our internal integrity standards. In such cases, if no connection has been facilitated, a refund of the Service Fee will be issued, minus a minor processing charge.
