Separate Agreement: When you click a link and proceed to a payment gateway, you are entering into a separate legal agreement with that provider.
No Control: Smart Axis Tech has no control over the uptime, functionality, or security of third-party platforms.
Vetting: While we strive to list only reputable partners, the inclusion of a provider does not constitute a legal guarantee of their service.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Pakistan, Smart Axis Tech shall not be liable for:

Any financial loss, data breach, or service interruption occurring on a third-party platform.
The failure of a merchant to receive funds or a customer to receive a refund from a gateway.
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our redirection links.

4. User Responsibilities

Verification: Users are responsible for verifying the fees, terms, and compliance of any payment gateway before integrating it into their business.
Security: You must ensure that your own hardware and network are secure when accessing our portal to prevent unauthorized redirection.
Compliance: You agree not to use our platform for any illegal activities, including money laundering or the sale of prohibited goods as defined by the Government of Pakistan.

5. Modification of Terms

Smart Axis Tech reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the site after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karachi.
